This is my second time using these and never disappointed

I ordered the above bag l,it is a Micheal kors brand, I loved everything about it on the website but the size of the bag was not Mentioned so I thought it was a a small cross body bag, when I reviewed the order it had written mini wallet, so it was actually a purse, I live chatted to one of their agents to cancel the order with 15 minutes of order confirmation to cancel the order but I was told I can not cancel the order because it has already gone to their dispatch team, I was advised to return the item when received, once received the item, their was no delivery note included, no instructions how to return the item, so I tried to return via order confirmation page but no luck, so I filled in a return request with all the information but still have no luck. The bag cost £72 plus £3,99 delivery which is out of order, item so expensive should be free delivery.
Can an agent contact me regarding this returns please,
I am very disappointed with this purchase, I will never purchase from this website again even if it’s really cheap

Awful, spent £310 on a bag that never arrived and they still haven't refunded over a month later - they say waiting for the courier to advise. I DONT CARE ITS MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO BAG - NEVER EVER USE AGAIN. It has never been delivered the tracking never updated but i am being made to wait for my refund. Disgusting.

I was quite impressed with the 20% discount offered on a piece of VW jewellery with the discount code, however also fearful at the time if my item would be authentic or not. I purchased and the delivery came quite quickly, however I had to pay 7.99 for the delivery to come next day so I would expect it to for the price paid which it did. When I opened my necklace to my surprise there was no designer branded box for the jewellery, no dust bag, nothing, it was just wrapped in a bit of white tissue in a clear plastic bag which also did not have the brand name of the jewellery on the plastic sticker stuck on the packet - this made me feel like the item I got was a fake - so overall even with the discount I feel I was ripped off to pay near to full price for a fake item - selling fakes is illegal so I’m not sure why a site with so many reviews is doing so and when they will be held accountable. Very disappointed and will never order again from here in future.
